One venue to provide our service for the Island Stay Tour Experience is the island Gan in Laamu Atoll, south central province of Maldives. Gan is the largest island in the atoll and in the Maldives. The island is on the eastern fringes where most islands in the atoll are located.
Gan is connected with Maandhoo, the uninhabited island at its south. Maandhoo is linked with the regional domestic airport at Kadhdhoo by a short causeway. Kadhdhoo adjoins at its south with Fonadhoo, the capital of the atoll. The causeway which links between Kadhdhoo and Fonadhoo has almost one kilometer. The four islands Gan, Maandhoo, Kadhdhoo and Fonadhoo where it is linked with causeways stretches up to about 18 kilometers in length making up the longest lengthen of dry land in the Maldives.
Laamu is located in central Maldives having comparable geophysical topology as with other atolls in the country. The atoll consists of 82 islands of which only 12 are inhabited and is blessed with numerous excellent diversities, pristine beaches and a number of surfing spots. The atoll has many beautiful untouched beaches and deserted islands to explore - surrounded by breathtaking realm of underwater life.
The island Gan is nestled with astounding beaches.The island also has impressive mounds from a pre-historic Buddhist time. The mounds known as “Hawitta” is a pyramid like structure built in pre-Islamic times and have a history of over 600 years.

DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN MALDIVES
On arrive at Male’ International Airport, you are welcomed and transferred to your holiday island Gan. Rest of the day you are FREE at leisure after your flight to your dream island for your exotic holiday.
DAY 2 FREE AT LEISURE
After the breakfast, you may unwind on the snow-white sandy beach of the island, Gan. The sparkling white beach with crystal clear lagoon along the west coast of the island, Gan is a peaceful place to spend a perfect day. If you would like to rest, find a shady spot under a palm tree and relax yourself as the tiny waves teasingly break on the shore - you may be lulled away to a blissful nap.
In the evening get ready to enjoy the fascinating sight of the unique Maldivian sunset.
DAY 3 AND 4 EXCURSION TO PICNIC ISLANDS
Today you are all set to go to a deserted island. Taking a tour around a picnic island is astonishing. The beauty of its sandy white beaches, rainbow colored coral reefs and the lush green vegetation surrounding the islands - will dazzle you undoubtedly. Guests are free at leisure for swim, snorkel, and relax on the superb beach of the island. Laze way the hours on the pristine white beaches, or view the magical underwater world as you snorkel the natural reef.
The excursion to the picnic islands are for full day experience and normally return to shore around 4pm. Packed lunch will be served during your excursions to the picnic island.
DAY 5 NIGHT FISHING AND BBQ DINNER
You are FREE at leisure until late afternoon. You may visit the beach for a more suntan or you may just laze around the island - the choice is yours.
In late afternoon, guests are welcomed to join on a night fishing trip at a near by reef. Night fishing in Maldives is quite popular, amid with the visitors and the locals. You can catch snappers, emperors, barracuda, groupers, trevallies and many other species during night fishing.
Enjoy the rhythmic music of waves and gentle breeze amidst nature’s splendor.
All guests will be invited for a BBQ dinner where some of your catch will be cooked in barbeque style.
DAY 6 BOAT EXCURSION TO A FINEST REEF
You are all set to go snorkeling to one of the finest reefs in the atoll, and witness the breathtaking marine life for which Maldives is renowned.
DAY 7 VISIT INTERESTING PLACES
Visit historical places and agricultural farms on the local island Gan and interesting places on the islands adjoined with Gan by causeways.
DAY 8 GOOD-BYE
